The bad first:
i wanted the spicy sammich but they don't really offer that. The so called spicy is just a spicy condiment that's added to the OG sandwich.. nope that's cheating points off for that.. And they don't offer cheese.. both chik fila and Wendy's you can get a slice of cheese.
The good:
The sandwich is good as hell. Quality piece of chicken.. nice crispy batter brioche bun. even though the meat was not spicy it still had a nice flavor.. it taste like thier mild chicken. It was hot and fresh.
score? a solid 8.. a slice of American it would have been a 9... spicy? a 10

After listening (reading) all the hype on here, I decided to try one, actually I bought two sammiches for $8.47. The restaurant I stopped at on my way home at 5:45 this evening was backed up and out of the sammiches until Jomo came back with some more rolls in 10 minutes. There were about 15 Nigerian women (I hate them muhfuhkahs African bitches) working behind the counter and I was getting ready for the ripoff to start since they had asked me to pull out of the drive through and come inside to wait for Jomo. But, amazingly my experience turned out okay like yaboi. Had to come home and take a shower to wash that Nigerian booshit offa me.
Man. The service at Popeyes be wack as fuck Almost as bad as Church’s.

Ive heard nothing but people rave about Chick-fil-a. Ive had it 4 times in 3 different states with the same results... That shit was bland as fuck... In fact, the blandest chicken I ever had. Am I just having bad luck or are people just settling for unseasoned chicken these days?
I get the large and never finish it...just sip enough to wash down my fries. I put it in the fridge for later.

it's a good sandwich. good size and taste. but in my eyes it aint fucking with Chik Fil A at all.. it's tied for 2nd for me with the Wendys spicy
Some of my friends were telling me all day to try the samich, so I said "fuck it" and attempted to get one after work. I sat in that crazy ass popeyes line in west Houston for damn near an hour and when I got to the menu/speaker....SOLD OUT!

I ain't sayin Chick-fil-A need to panic or nothin, but Popeye's sammich is definitely legit... had one last weekend.
Had the wife bring one home. Ordered spicy with extra pickles and I will say it like this, Chik fil A better get a spicy crunch style sandwich ASAP cause this was a perfect crispy crunchy chicken sandwich. Very flavorful,batter was light but full of crunch and chicken itself had nice heat and spice to it. A perfect chicken meal would be to get 2 of them Popeyes and 1 Chik fil A with lemonade and then fries from McDonalds and I'm good.
