Trump has a very clear track record on his choice of targets to label as "infested." Baltimore is thought of as a black city. Just like every other place he has described as infested is associated with minorities. To claim Baltimore does not connote blackness is some Kellyanne Conjob Bullshit that I'm not going to waste time on.
We'll just have to agree that nothing about what he said about Baltimore is a factually inaccurate representation, and leave the rest for conjecture.
But note: 72 hours in, and no one, not even Cumming's own staffers present and former, have jumped to his defense or has provided a list of accomplishments, or demonstrable ways he has directly helped his constituency in Baltimore over the past 30 years.
