Quickest of all the cats. And absolutely beautiful.

lol. Clearly, he should have zigged when he zagged but getting away from a leopard that's that close is close to impossible. They are that quick. There's some footage of a leopard attacking wildebeest when they charge across the river. That cat took down three of those fuckers in less than a minute. If you've ever been on safari you know those wildebeests are some big, rangy animals.

I've petted cheetahs, leopards (not sedated, just tame) and held lion cubs. The fur on the big cats is very rough and stiff, like a scrub brush Not at all the way it looks. The cub's fur was soft enough, but not as soft as a housecat.
I love cats of all sizes and would love to have a puma or leopard as a pet but besides the fact that they would bankrupt me with their appetites, they are wild animals and subject to rip you to shreds at any given moment.

Here's a wolverine attacking a large deer, I assume because it's winter and food is scarce, the wolverine must be desperate to attack such a large animal. We can't tell but the deer could be sick injured or old. Even though the weasel is doing well I don't think it's capable of killing an animal that size. A leopard is much larger, stronger, and better armed than the wolverine but it would still take it awhile before it could kill a deer that size if it would even attack such a large deer. The only way the wolverine kills that deer is for the deer to just give up from exhaustion.
