I don't have kids, but there are multiple ways of doing this shit.Nothing wrong with staying home but you can’t be home and be on your ass.. gotta get out there and diversify them bonds.. If you can’t do that then as a parent don’t pay for shit.. however don’t kick them on the street either...
I left home at eighteen, join the military and have been on my own ever since. My brother is two years younger than me oh, and it's still living with my mother at 40 years old. He's working, but he smokes most of his money away and still doesn't have a car (he and my mom share a car)
I agree that you can't just put your kid out. I also agree that you can't let them stay home and do nothing either.
I have a friend who lets her kids stay at home as long as they're in school. They pay her rent, lights and food. The money designated for rent she puts in an account that she will give to them when they're ready to move out.
She tells them that her home is not a motel. Do not be bringing your hoes or dudes (she has son and daughter) up in my house to fuck. There's no fucking in this house except by me. If the person you're fucking can't afford a room you probably shouldn't be fucking them.
In my opinion, that's good parenting
