Every criticism that has been thrown at Gayle Benson (Mickey Loomis, Demps, medical staff) she's taken steps to fix or improve... I'm not saying that's making New Orleans a desirable location but it is making it so that the Pelicans are ran with the amount of professionalism that is expected of an NBA franchise.
