No she's not ugly and not all women are sexy to everyone. Being beautiful doesn't always translate into sexy, just look at Janelle Monae. We know little about Simone yet she's getting hit with all these negative comments. Let's be real if she was heavier with a big ass and big tits opinions would be different, but then she wouldn't be the successful gymnast she's become. Simone is an athlete in a very difficult sport. She needs to maintain her size in order to compete.
You guys just keep on finding fault with our successful black women. The irony is some will be pissed if she ends up marrying some white dude. We really need to stop dogging our women. Eventually your only options will be Aborigine women, maybe then you'll all be happy.

She’s in a magazine spread wearing a bathing suit. Critiques on a person’s body is natural if they’re wearing a bathing suit in pictures.
If it was a video of her doing backflips getting a perfect 10 on her floor exercise, then the comments would be different.
But I understand where you’re coming from.
I’m just judging the pictures. I’m sure she’s sweet and a great athlete. Just not my type. She looks like a kid to me.

This. She's a world class gymnast. The best in the world. But the pressure that puts on their bodies is often too much. I would be surprised if she had her first period yet.
Olympic caliber gymnasts always look like kids regardless of their age because of their diet, or lack there of, and their grueling training regiment. Their bodies don't give off the estrogen it should and as a result they look like children, their bones are brittle, they're always having fractures and injuries and they don't ovulate. The body knows it can't handle child birth and womanhood.
If you notice, the second these girls stop high level gymnastics, they immediately pack on like fifty pounds, at least. Their bodies go into relief mode and that's when a lot of them see their periods for the first time, in their mid twenties!
We'll have to wait and see what she really looks like as a woman when she cuts the gymnastics shit out.
