Firefox Add-ons being disabled (New update released) problem solved

Mine is fixed. I was pissed off last night though.

Another workaround:

Go to Options>Privacy and security>
Firefox data collection and use> Select Allow firefox to send technical/interactive data....
Check Allow Firefox to install and run studies.
Refresh browser.
After extensions return, uncheck feature.

Yo lexx wtf is Moonchild and Waterfox?

#what he said

They are browsers. I loved Firefox for the addons I was able to use. Since it's gone Chromium they disabled the option to run legacy addons. Moonchild & Waterfox let's me run many of those old addons with no problem. I'm still using DownThemAll and ImageHost Grabber to rip pages in seconds. I still use Firefox Developers Edition aka Nightly. It's the basic Firefox I have not opened since the last time I updated it two or three months ago. I just keep FF installed on GP.

Exploring the Moonchild and other browsers I found an extension called Zombie Keys which lets you add letters with notations on them like tildas and stuff. Can't find it for Firefox tho. Does anyone know of any similar for Firefox?

This worked, it reset all my firefox containers though

I use Iron in place of Chrome and it's great. Does everything Chrome can do except it's not data mining me. Making it less of a resource hog. I personally have found over the past 5 years Opera beats Chrome but I understand Google has a greater following. Vivaldi is another cool browser that is Chromium based like Opera and of course Chrome. Various customization's to Vivaldi can be done as well.

And now you have openly agreed to give up info.

Now of the work around was working. So I installed and reinstalled Firefox.

Finally got this shit working.

Now I have to go thru everything blocking and unblocking to see pictures, GIFs, etc again

I use edge with do not track me enabled. Fuck FireFox or Chrome.
