That's makes no sense. Being able to sling slang doesn't make a person a hood rat. It's learned vernacular of the most flavorful people on the planet. Doesn't matter what town or country a child is from. Once they are in the USA--especially as a child--the lust and influence to talk "Black" is there.
Prime example are folks like Nippsey Hustle, 21 Savage & myself. We are from other nations. The chance to go to school in the states since early childhood afforded us the opportunity to learn slang in our environment and from music. I was raised to speak "the kings English" at home by my Jamaican mother. However, on the streets I talked hardcore gully ass NYC slang. I was no hood rat.
