It was absolutely a foul. An intentional foul at that. And it was patently stupid in thought and execution.
Fouling Russ in that situation at all was stupid. And fouling him like a pussy and allowing him to take the shot in follow thru was even stupider.
Lonzo should have grabbed/hugged Russ before he gathered to shoot. I will say this though... if Bron fouled him the same way, Russ not shooting 3 free throws.

It was a foul and an intentional foul that was said to do by his teammates. It was also a foul before the shot.
