I think it will be something from the country of Qatar.
They were raided in Germany a couple of weeks ago.
Speculation is heavy that this is targeting the Qatar Investment Authority (who incidentally bought a huge stake in Rosneft).
I'm thinking it's them because around (I think) transition time, they had either agreed to cooperate with something regarding Trump and then refused or outright refused. I think it was around the time Kushner had asked them for money and they refused, and the Saudis either attacked them, or did an economic blockade and Trump backed the Saudi's after being against the measure at first. I don't recall the details but the memory stands out.
