2019 Might be a rough year (GM shutting down five plants and more)

Simps drinking that union koolaid. All the non union plants thriving. They ain’t figured it out that they all in this together. Sign a contract that says lay-off and the heads still get paid. The reps get #1 seniority and get paid during a strike.
So you blame it on unions.... nigga whuutt..

Interesting. GM workers cost the company $73/hr while non-union doing $44/hr. Plus pensions.

You still don’t have proof
Hmm your too stupid to search the net. We’re is your proof? Or are you trolling. Only a simp would give up two hours of pay every month to have a white man speak for them as the union steals there dues. See the case were the union reps are in jail. Five union plants closing no nonunion mexican plants are closing.

Your turn what proof do you have that the union is better than non union?

Hmm look at the cost to GM of a union worker from post above. $74 an hour gets paid out as opposed to §44 for a non union worker. That’s all of those pensions from decades ago.
I call bullshit on that one. I remember those figures from around the time of the bailout...Republican talking point.

The only gripe I have about these union vs nonunion arguments, they often ignore the salaries, bonuses, golden parachutes of the execs.

Remember when the american car companies wanted to rent out private jets to fly to Washington to ask for government handouts? Remember during the hearings for the handouts, many of them had no intentions of giving up their bonuses?

I know a lot of times, unions play hardball because they need to. Often times, union bosses will agree to a cut in salary and benefits, if the execs agree to the same. The majority of the time, the execs won't make that concession.
