I've been watching a lot of Mikhail Tal games on YouTube. I've picked up some things while watching them but I still need work on my strategy and tactics....

Two would sacrifice half of his pieces just to get to the king....

Many considered Tal the greatest attacking chess player to ever lived.

I tend to prefer sacrificing pieces for better positioning. If given a trade where I would lose in piece value but gain better position, I'd usually take it. But I'm rusty as hell and trying to get back into Chess.

@ZuluSam is waiting for 3 more people to participate. We usually have 5 or 6 people participate,since so call chess players never participate.

We used to have 8-12 people playing in each tournament but some members stop playing the classical portion,outright stop playing and etc

Time control:3 days..no vacation...

I joined another tournament two weeks ago and after the creator finally started it,this one dude I'm playing went on vacation....
