That said, I used cream cheese in mind and it was off the hook. I didn't use sour cream this time, I said I've used it in the past and it was all good. YOU can't talk shit about anything anyone puts in their mac n cheese after you suggested CASHEW BUTTER.

I made cilantro mac and cheese with a few diced up jalapeños. The pickled kind, not the real hot ones... Shit was banging... But everybody talked shit without trying it. But them same muthafuckas gobbled up Mac and cheese with a bunch of egg in it as "binder" and the shit was good??? As diverse and we are as a people I will never understand why were so closed minded when it comes to food. Unless you put lobster, crab, or shrimp in it...

Serve it up with a vegan "cheese" sauce and you have my vote
