Maybe it's a Home Depot thing, I mean it's a designated place for them to stand and most of them have their own transportation.
My assumption is, you have more contractors at Home Depot that may be coming outside from buying something and may tell a few guys that hey, I need two guys for XYZ today, I'm paying you.... Mostly smaller contractors.
Lowe's has a different type of contractor who deals with them at the Pro desk and will get better discounts or deals on building materials. He is the type that isn't looking for someone for a quick day laborer type job.
So maybe they typically flock and wait around at Home Depot.

For real? But whenever I see a Lowes, it's always near a Walmart...very rarely do I not see them in the same parking lot or plaza or down the street from each other. I can only think of one Lowes not near a Walmart.
