First of all, how much experience you got with budgets? The money has to be allocated and signed off on. When we were in the space race, everyone (politically) was like yeah let's smash these Russian niggas, so they came together and approved the funding it took to get it done. Once it was done (several times, mind you), the vibe cooled off and the funding started shrinking because the space race was no longer the wave. The budgets got smaller and smaller.
Secondly, sending rovers is 1-WAY less expensive than manned missions and 2-necessary to get the information we need to plan a manned mission. We HAVE to send probes and rovers ahead of fucking humans so we know all we can before we out human gotdamn lives at risk with manned missions.
This is no brainer stuff my g. Just gotta put as much energy into thinking critically as you do into side eyeing on some these niggas here type shit.
