they aren't .....and the segregation, poverty and resource deprivation is different....new york has never had gangs like Chicago...I grew up in NY when there was the skulls nomads and others but they were never on the level of the Chicago gangs.. and most of those gangs died out before crack and they weren't really involved with heroin....

even with the crime in Chicago, it is never ranked as top in big cities for being dangerous or for murders. per capita.

On top of all that shit I listed there are murderous cops roaming the whole Chicago. And this is just info I get from the people I talk to.

But with all that crazy shit going against black folks, how come all black gang members wont join Folks nation to protect them and the black community from Latin gangs and CACs? I mean didn't VLs join forces with GD's back in the days for protection for black folks? I mean I know crime is too deep in The Chi but I just want black folks to be safe and thrive no matter where.
