I'll say this as somebody who has followed Playboy for a long time, Noelle could have gone a lot further than she did and Playboy could have facilitated her achieving some of the things she wanted to do, such as going into other modeling, doing make up (which she seems to be quite skilled at) and the singing and acting.
I use Ashley Doris as an example, she hasn't appeared nude for Playboy since 2015 and but she can always pick up a Playboy check by appearing in the bunny suit at various events or promoting Playboy branded clothes on IG. Plus she's been able to work in other modeling, small time acting and commercials, it's not super glamorous but she's living in LA and working and she can branch out to try new things. Why didn't Noelle follow that path, since it seemed like that's what she originally wanted to do.
Noelle was probably a shoe-in for Cybergirl of the Year but they went with Tahlia Paris, typical blonde with bolt-on implants, I tend to wonder if she blew that chance by posing for all those other studios, including both Penthouse and Hustler. The Cybergirl of the Year thing would have been huge because she would have been able do plenty of photoshoots on bigger budgets, interviews and videos.
