Cosby sentenced to prison 3-10 yrs

Even though I have no sympathy for Cosby these optics are tough to stomach.

Kevin Hart didn’t take the bait.

2nd night in jail.

I understand a man being brought to justice for crimes he has admitted to,but to walk this man out in chains as if he's a serial killer is a blatant way of trying to embarrass him.
Plus what about Harvey Weinstein who has been accused of sexual harassment and rape by at least 82 women.
He's still having nice brunches and going out on dates and smiling as if nothing happened....justice....where?

Cause he secretly paying mofos left and right to make this case disappear

I read that he got hit in the face with a stale hot dog bun as soon as he got to the facility, smh. And he fell down some stairs because they took his cane.

All I'm saying is keep that same energy and go after Harvey Weinstein next. That's all I'm saying.

Harvey Weinstein, might have his case dismissed on November 8.

Brafman had argued in court papers that the charges should be dropped because prosecutors had hidden from the grand jury that the “Shakespeare in Love” producer had a “long-term, consensual” relationship with one of his accusers.

The papers state that after the alleged rape, the victim sent Weinstein dozens of affectionate emails, including: “I love you, always do. But I hate feeling like a booty call. :)

Assistant District Attorney Joan Illuzzi-Orbon countered that the grand jury was presented with “a full and fair account” of Weinstein’s relationship with his accusers.
She added that the victim never denies she was raped in the more than 400 emails that were sent after the alleged attack.

...and that’s what it boils down to in a lot of these cases involving rich and/or famous men...either that or the woman felt she wasn’t “compensated” enough for her “time”...not necessarily in the form of $$$ but she may not have gotten a role...hired for a position etc.

A lot of black folks on my Facebook keep defending Cosby, I can't defend dude. I have a mother and daughter. Way too many women have came out against dude and all their stories sound familiar with how he chose to rape them. I understand black folks get a raw deal with the justice system but I just can't defend this. He got what he deserved.

Pworld297, I understand how you feel about the women and young ladies in your life, however, this case is about Bill Cosby and Andrea Constand (and only their relationship). I would just like you to read an excerpt from the cross examination of Ms. Andrea Constand.

So true, and when you present that information before a jury it doesn't constitute Rape in the First Degree.

Consistency doesn't matter with white women tears. They are treated as adults with the emotional maturity of children, especially if they are claiming to be victims. They have like million built-in excuses for why testimony would change. And with them, it's about their perception of reality. They might not be victims but really believe they are victims.

We've seen them break down into tears while filming black people and being challenged. Instant victim.

A lot of you so-called brothers forget that this all began after Cosby proposed to build a Black owned broadcasting station.
His son Ennis was murdered to send a message. Cosby persisted and the smear campaign was born.
You keep spreading that bullshit conspiracy.

I guess the trial of Bob Johnson should be dropping any day now.

Bill Cosby Hit With Hot Dog Bun On Rough 1st Day In Jail

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, PA — Bill Cosby reportedly had a rough first day behind bars, where he's been sentenced to spend the next three to 10 years after being convicted of drugging and molesting a woman inside his Cheltenham home.

RadarOnline, citing a source inside Montgomery County Courthouse, says that an inmate threw a stale hot dog bun at Cosby, 81, as he entered Montgomery County Correctional Facility.

The source reportedly listened to Cosby's phone call with his wife, Camille, which was on speaker phone.

Cosby also told his wife that he fell down a set of steps because he wasn't "guided" and that he was "under siege," the report states. He also said that officials had taken away his cane and shoelaces because they thought he would hurt himself.

Cosby is anxious to be free of prison, according to the report. "Grab the checkbook and hire anyone and everyone," he reportedly told Camille.

Cosby was later transferred from Montgomery County Correctional Facility to SCI Phoenix, where he is slated to spend the rest of his sentence. The former comedian is appealing his sentence.
