Any $WGR hodlers bet tonight? I bet on the only for sure thing (Jaime Mungia). I sent 1000 WGR and got 1075 back. ~122,000 WGR was burned tonight because GGG lost.

This was a good roll out if you ask me. More exposure, more wallet capabilities, more exchanges coming. I'm glad I held

Yeah rollout was smooth, no issues as far as I can see. I was gonna put 20 WGR on GGG just to test and then it said minimum was 50WGR. I just wanted to test the water so I passed. Reading on Discord that the payouts happened right after the decision which is cool. I have check my masternode for a payout yet.

The utility of Wagerr looks interesting

Just the beginning. That was just one event and the bets we’re about $50k total with just one day worth of betting activity.

Good shit. Quick question. You sent over 1000 and got 1075 back. Did you win 1075 for a total of 2075 back in our wallet or did you ultimately win 75 WGR?

No, he won $75. He must of bet on a very safe bet, because the odds were in GGG's favor and betting on him to win by decision would've been 1.75( Meaning you bet $100 and get back $175( of course he didn't win so this must've been a different bet). I don't recall seeing a estimated return that slim, maybe he meant he bet 1000WGR and got back 1750WGR. :dunno:

Damn. They got that WGR shit together.
Yeah, man it's working real good. Payouts are quick. The odds are about 5% better than the other betting sites from my research. There is still one more piece of the puzzle to get right and that's the decentralized Oracle Masternodes. Right the Bets are being manually added by the devs and the masternode payouts are going to all masternodes that are active. So we'll see within the coming months the mechanism they'll use to have individual masternodes verify events etc.

Man. Just in time for football betting too.

No I only won 75.

I’m still trying to figure out this odds thing. I’m having fun with this shit for now.

Have you been watching this news about Ripple and xRapid? I'm grabbing more Ripple next week just to have in case this thing blows up.

Opinion: Recently, the XRP Community is divided among the lines of those who believe in a theory and those who don’t. The theory in question is whether XRP will reach $589 in price before the end of the year. Perpetuated by a party known as Bearableguy123, this prediction has divided the previously united XRP Community over arguments of whether it will happen or not..........

How different are the odds for wagerr vs 5dimes? 5dimes you can fund with bitcoin. I still have my wager on waves lol

Man I'm still trying to understand this odds and how the numbers play out but judging from the adulation in the Telegram, Wagerr has the best odds/lowest fees out there. In all fairness, those making the comparison keep using Betfair as a source of what the competitor has, I haven't logged into my 5 Dimes account in like 4 years. lol

Here's what up for betting today:

Just fucked around and placed a bet on Young Boys VS Man United(Man U to win). Don't know shit about futbol to be honest. Just know the name Man United and it looked like a safe bet at 1.77 Manu vs 5.35 YB.
Some dude posted a screencap of his winnings and what he did was he placed small bets on the favorites in every match and netted a nice sum. I used to to be able to make 24 WGR/day with staking before the new wallet, I'm on a mission to acquire more WGR. My new strategy now is to place many small bets on the favorites (low odds) as much as I can and on average I'll get way much more WGR than I used to per day through staking.

I almost bet on Seattle to beat Chicago the other night. I'm glad I didn't

You need to download the 2.0 wallet.

How about this

I have the new wallet core...I just didnt send any wagerr over yet from waves. it says total out of sync and wgr balance 0.00...maybe because it says out of sync? on the betting screen its blank

Alright, if your 2.0 wallet is out of sync, keep it running and let it sync up to date.

If you don't see any progress and it has stopped synching, you need to go to Tools >> Wallet Repair >> Delete Local Blockchain Folders and then restart it. Right now it should be on block 306504 or perhaps higher after a few minutes.

Understanding the odds are pretty easy. I've never gambled so the decimal system makes most sense to me. 1.00 meaning 100%, so if you make a bet and the odd is 1.91, that means you get 191% back on your bet or all you money back that you bet plus 91%. It's 2.xx that's 200% 5.xx 500% etc.

Hmm, interesting. I don't need to become a gambling addict ,but, I might try this strategy. Damn you geting 24WGR a day off staking? Fuck, you must on some whale shit. other than my 1 MN. I was staking about 2000WGR and maybe getting 1 WGR a week.

I'm going to test out tomorrow with the Browns game. About to get the wallet now so I can move off the website after 15 months.

I'm not going to lie man, this shit is fun as fuck. A nice silver lining in this bear market at the moment. People are always talking about their favorite crypto has the best utility/use case or what not but nothing I've seen out there is as tangible as this by far.

I agree. Nothing complicated to understand, the market is proven, so it's a matter of getting the word out on WGR.

Yeah, this is cool man. Wallet looks nice. Mines sinking right now. You recommend any version over the other e.g., window version over mac? I can do both, but put it on one of my macs. I just know sometimes these projects slipping on mac development.

I have tried both and my personal preference is the Mac. I like redundancy in case of an emergency so I have my wallet on four different computers across two states and my encrypted wallet.dat file in multiple places.

wait till it syncs to send my wagerr over?

How do you cash out if you want lol?
Yeah let it synch all the way up before you do anything.

The exchange with the most volume for Mainnet WGR right now is on Crex and then Livecoin. Since they've gone live, they have commitments from 4 or 5 other exchanges to list shortly after this latest fork. I haven't been interested in selling right now so I haven't been looking into what the exchanges are doing.

yea im not selling at all...I miss those dollar wagerr days lol

This is just another reason why Wagerr is great concept. Decentralized betting on the chain will help eliminate the fuck shit. FanDuel

Wow. I'm just now checking out this story.

Damn they did that young man dirty. A brother too. He did the right thing by getting a lawyer and not taking that measly $500. I'll take my chances in court. They'll lose more from bad publicity and a question on their integrity.
