Yeah basically they holding the store responsible for his death when it was them 8 savages that did this shit.

Had he been killed at the bagel spot this would be a non issue.

That’s what I’m saying, any store where it looks like a fight is about to happen they say “Take that outside”.

Everything happened too fast and the store had no idea what was about to happen.

If that happens in Nike or Starbucks there’d be no petition.

Did you all read that shit? They got shut down for not calling 911 or trying to help the young man at all. Quiet as kept the hood knows they gang related. Fuck that store and the owners. It should be open season on the trinitarios.

some niggas been living in shades of grey and have such a get-over/ghetto mindset about how life works for so long.... they've forgotten human decency. :smh::smh::smh::smh::smh::smh:

Ahh no. They are not holding the store responsible.

They are saying that the Store never even called 911. :hmm: To get help for the victim. :smh:

If they are not even gonna call 911 when people get dragged out of their establishment & killed right on their doorstep...... then they probably don't need to be in business, since they don't recognize when 911 SHOULD be called. :hmm:

Now if that was your family member... and they got dragged out of a Walmart... and killed at the main entrance... right in front of the Walmart Security Guard... who did absolutely nothing.... and never even called the Cops, or called an ambulance... then I bet you would be in a damn HURRY to file a lawsuit against Walmart. But you complain about this. :dunno:

People get in fights all the time at stores, 911 is usually not called. They’re told to take it outside.

Junior got stabbed outside, I don’t know if anyone was actively watching the monitors to witness him getting stabbed. If they did, then they were in the wrong for not calling the police.

JUSTICE FOR JUNIOR: Was enough done to try and save the teen? The NYPD has just acknowledged its “review” into officers’ actions as the teen lay dying in the Bronx.

"The streets is done."

Hov is right. The suburbs won and took over. It's a new day that's gon take alotta getting used to.

These owners prolly didn't want anything to do with the shit, as would MOST owners of businesses in the hood.

To penalize them for this... idk. Sets a bit of a precedent. Where do you draw the line of minding your own business?

Now everytime something happens, you HAVE to be involved or risk losing your establishment?
Especially a mom and pops store thats already being drowned out by corporate America?

Some mixed feelings about this closing.

I can tell some of y'all have never lived in the hood before. If the store owner gets involved in that shit then they target him next. It's unfortunate what happened to that kid but shutting down that man store is bullshit. Obviously that's a gang that doesn't play, he would have been the next body.

That wasn't no fight. :hmm: The dude got KILLED. :hmm:

Wait a sec... did you ever SEE the video????? :hmm:

Take a look. It's on the NY Post newspaper website.

NO, they didn't NEED to watch no monitors. :smh:
The store owners/workers were standing RIGHT THERE when the kid got dragged out. :hmm:

Then the kid EVEN CAME BACK INTO THE STORE (Bleeding all over the place) and BEGGED them for help.
And they STILL DID NOT call 911. :smh:

The kid HAD TO WALK a few blocks to the Hospital..... On his own. :smh:

Yeah, there's a REASON why they got shut down.

They got NO Common Sense.
And they don't even do 'the bare minimum' to help ensure the safety of their patrons.

I saw the vid when it was first posted, saw him dragged out of the store and stabbed. Didn’t know he went back in, saw him stumbling outside and then run up the block.

In that case, they were wrong and did need to be shutdown for not offereing help.

You’re right, at the bare minimum they should’ve called 911 for assistance.

The first time he got stabbed, he ran in the store and jumped over the counter begging for them to help or hide him, they told him get out or whatever they said to make him leave. Then the second time is when they chopped him with the machetes.

Bullshit. It's NYC. The Bronx.

Them bodega store owners got straps under the counter.
They not "old man Quilles".... and it ain't the movie "Juice". :smh:

They will put several holes in ALL them little fuckers who try to run up in there.
And those gang-bangers KNOW it.

Nobody in NYC opens up a bodega without knowing the risks... and the 'crime element' in the neighborhood. :smh:
If they 'too shook' to open up shop... or if they scared of the gang bangers... They get gone. Quickly.

You ain’t really have to say “Chopped”...o_O

But they were in the wrong and should’ve been closed.

Yeah they were wrong but them type of bodega owners will just open another one. Usually them dudes own a few of them. I'm sure they shocked at the whole outcome, but they see kids doing the fighting and nonsense everyday. Who knew if it wasn't some kids doing that to set them up. So they tell them take it outside with that nonsense. But at some point they could of helped. Them dudes usually always have guns. But not usually legal.

As they say, it's a slippery slope.

i read it...

still... looking at the vids shit happened to fast... i definitely didn't expect them to throw on capes and jump in, but that doesn't warrant shutting them down. if that's the case should the woman who was on the second floor recording the whole thing be evicted or arrested for videotaping it and not calling 911? whoever was on the corner at the time should they be punished for not calling?

Yeah these people talk about what they should've done....if these niggas killed a 15 year old on camera and stabbed him to death.....you think them owners wouldn't have gotten theirs? Maybe not that day or the next....but they would've got done with too. People talking about common decency.....as a man it's your job to make it home and provide for your family. Now I think they at least could've called 9-1-1 but if they didn't in fear of being killed too? I get it.

Whoa... I never knew he walked in, asked for help and staggered out. I thought this all happened outside the place.

It's one thing if it happened and the owner told them take it outside, but quite another when the kid is clearly in need of help and you STILL disregard him.

Definitely missed that part. I can now see why they were shut down. Shame on them.

I think shutting down the store because of the owners actions sets a bad precedent. The government shouldn't be able to shut down your business because you're an asshole.

They made the decision not to assist Junior even after he came to them slashed up and pleading for help. I think they are terrible people but plenty of other terrible people who have done terrible things are allowed to operate their businesses. I have a feeling that the city would have stayed out of it if the store wasn't owned by minorities.

Let the store remain open and society will deal with them. Either the neighborhood will boycott and they will go bankrupt. People will come to the store with machetes and suggest that the owners relocate. Or the community will reenact do the right thing.

It should be open season on the trinitarios.
It should be open season on anybody who embrace the gang lifestyle, period. Enough of that 'no snitching' bullshit. No more celebrating it in our music or culture. Do away with the drugs and poison in the communities.

But I already know how these convos go, somebody will call me a cracka and want a hand verification pic for making those suggestions. I'll bow out.
