I got a thing for her

Shades wasn’t gay. He got caught in that prison shit but dude wasn’t gay. I think the issue really was that he loved dude as a brother and he betrayed him.

Now Comanche was gay. He confirmed that.

Uh..if you fuck a dude you gay. No way around that. Them niggas was "cuddle buddies" in jail. You can't wash that off

@fonzerrillii @ansatsusha_gouki

this to me? of the Netflix Marvel series

was the BEST

why?

because as a follow up season they fixed EVERY SINGLE issue.

This was well edited scripted and wonderfully acted...

this is the 1st time the 13 episodes felt about right (OK it COULD have been 10)

the music was PERFECT

Shades, Mariah, Bushmaster, Luke's father. and Luke Cage could legitimately get Emmy nominations

this season was very "Black Panther"

great villain in Bush Master he is NOT Killmonger...

but I can SEE the relation and its valid.

I read an interview and Cheo confessed that they messed up on Cottommouth and did NOT realize what they had and the fan LOVE of that character.

I think that is why they kept Bush and Shades alive.

The humor was well done

COFFEE for some weird reason NEVER gets old.

he ONLY negatives to ME?

To much "nigga"

this was the weakest "regular Harlemites" cast, the neighborhood kids especially were dreadful the dialogue AND the acting was bad

that brings me to DW.

He had the potential to be a IMPORTANT character the voice of the audience some REAL comic relief some MODERN social commentary from THAT generation

it was NOT.

Piranha who initially I thought was an over the top clown?

Really flipped it after the party. Good acting and great backstory

Loved the mandatory flashback episode

and I have to make this point AGAIN

ya'll REALLY don't appreciate the level difficulty it takes to HEADLINE a series like this

so salute to the brother playing Luke Cage.

Wow...I NEVER finished watching Iron Fist

and after seeing his performance on here?

I have no desire to.

He looks wooden in fight scenes (which OVERALL were VERY well done)

I liked the easter eggs and tie in to the movies.

This was real strong showing

Oh...

Tilda and Misty

His stance at the end made NO SENSE

his sub par acting did not help matters...

he was THERE from the START he knew EXACTLY WHY Luke made this decision

and funny how the black man gotta make a dollar stance changed MAD quick huh?

And don't try to give me the excuse that it was the drug overdose at the party that turned him...

bullsh*t

he had a FRONT ROW SEAT to MULTIPLE shootings and beatings long before then..

and STILL didn't change.

And he PIMPED his "friend"

and how in the HELL did he SUDDENLY get enough MONEY to pay DOUBLE the monthly rent?

:hmm:

I just finished the season. My thoughts:

Once again, the beauty of the women on this show was second to none. Misty with them tig ol bitties never gets old, and I see they had her in some tight ass jeans much of the season. Also, I never knew a woman with a fake arm could look so good in a cocktail dress. I never knew what Antonique Smith looked like, but she's another winner. That rear shot of her in handcuffs showed her assets as well. Last, but damn sure not least, was Gabrielle Dennis. Baby girl was flawless from top to bottom. That dress she wore when she went to see her mom finally showed what she was working with.

Reg E. Cathey was perfect as Luke's dad. I loved how their relationship developed over the series. When he punched that dude and was like "they messing with my baby", I was like, that's a father right there!!!

Alfre Woodard straight up killed it this season! She damn sure better win some award.

Bushmaster was cold as hell too. Like others have said, I like how he had some true motivation behind him. I thought he and Luke were gonna be at it all season, but it played out a different way.

Tilda is gonna be a problem next season. Just you watch.

One episode with Iron Fist was better than the entire damn Iron Fist show.

That Godfather scene at the end!!!!

Tell me y'all didn't jump off the couch as soon as you heard Love's Gonna Getcha!
