Bro you just can't make up stuff. he has been a ESPN 5-star recruit since he's been in the 8th grade. he was top three in his class. look it up online it should still be there. He's going to be a top 5 draft pick whether you like it or not
Maybe the most intriguing positional battle to watch in the class of 2019 is the one currently being waged between Cole Anthony and Ashton Hagans to be considered the top floor general in the class.
The son of former NBA point guard and UNLV star Greg Anthony, Anthony is a very athletic, in-your-face and tough scoring point guard from New York City. He thrives on creating space and getting to the rim, will lock you up defensively and is a big-time competitor who needs to continue to improve his jumper.
One of the more physical point guards we’ve see come along in a while, Hagans is an elite defensive player and more of a throwback/pure point guard who gets others involved first. During July, though, the product of Georgia proved he can score too and he closed the gap between himself and Anthony.
Anthony and Hagans have a good lead on the field at this point but Tyrese Maxey and UCLA commit LaMelo Ball are certainly going to make runs at them.
He got removed from everyone's ranking when he went pro. He's not even in ESPN's Top 100 for 2019 now.

Rivals from August of last year following AAU season
By the way Rivals had Ball ranked #19 in his class.

I know I'm going to get attacked for saying this but, this is some sad shit.
Young brother could have went to UCLA for 4 years, worked on his craft and if the NBA didn't work out he still has a 4 year degree. Now he's fucked.
Now it's the youngest kids (LaMelo) turn to overcome the obstacles placed in front of him by his father. I understand this is the kid who might have some real talent. The high school to College to the NBA path is the known path that works. Since he was pulled out of high school, he will have to find a way through his fathers JBA, the G League, or play overseas
OH I forgot Lavar is a marketing genius.
HNIC
But you can t tell cats this.....he s father of the year let them tell it.
Only reason he was there was so Lonzo would commit there, I think they had some kind of package deal where all 3 Ball boys would go to UCLA. I don't think that the youngest will be allowed to play college ball because he has a shoe out on BBB
He's not perfect
However there is no argument to be made for him in the nba or NCAA
He wouldn't be on either team at this point period because he's simply not a good basketball player
Nobody who has seen him play thought so
In fact the only reason he went to UCLA for basketball is because of his father
He might have been able to get in via academics idk
UCLA didn't even want that kid he was never going to start or play. They signed him because they wanted the younger brother who has recently grown another 3 inches. The younger brother is going to be a top 5 draft pick guaranteed no matter how much some of y'all hate(hnic). Gelo should simply focus on being a part of the family business and Ballin overseas
Cosign education is a must, especially when you are a athlete because things can go wrong. You can always go back and used your degreeI know I'm going to get attacked for saying this but, this is some sad shit.

Funny y'all still believe the sh!t from the 80s and our youth. College being some sh!t you can fall back on...Do you know how many bros and sis have a college degree that are unemployed and in massive debt or working a mediocre job/paying off said debt along with a few other traps making them ready to jump off a bridge. Right now, a person would need a grad degree and experience to earn a livable wage, what would they use as a refrence 'G League' failed NBA prospect. After you made a couple hundred thousand failing to make the NBA you have to hustle that money into entreprenuership. Ain't nobody trying to go to Dr. Liangelo Ball Orthopedic Surgeon, with him saying "Good thing I had college to fall back on." Wake the fu(k up my people, after you hit the spotlight and fail, there is no going back to regular as a fall back without your past haunting you. The only way is a sucessful comeback and usually that is thru entreprenuership.

Again you don't know what the fuck you're talking about. You asked Uncle Tommy where could he make six figures and I said overseas. Hell he doesn't even need to play in the Premier League to make that kind of money. No one's talking about that Lithuanian League. You really want these kids to fail so bad you're like a super ultra coon.not the majority you asshole and he was not playing in a premiere league you stupid fukkn groupie.
Are you fucking retarded you super coon bastard you're making his pointit was easy enough to check
The league will be raising its base salary $7,000 per month over the course of the five-month regular season, to $35,000 a season, in addition to housing and insurance benefits. Previously, G League players earned salaries of either $19,000 or $26,000according to Stein.Apr 17, 2018

He doesn’t come off as the school type.
And I’m wondering what type of education the younger one is getting now that he was pulled out of school at 16.
Obviously you are right. Stayed at UCLA, got better each year, worked toward degree, grown as a man, stayed in front of NBA eyes and down road, NBA or Europe professional.
Now.....?????????? SMH. Hope things work out for him.
mnm
If I were a betting man, I would say the youngest ball is getting a full course of basketball 2 4 7!! They dont strike me as a family where schooling is the main course. Basketball yes, schooling no!

Please post a pay scale of these leagues that are so close in pay. I mean Uncle Tommy you say you know so provide the evidence\
are you retarded ? i asked where he was going to make a couple hundred thousand.......
the pay scales and setups are pretty close in every country over there. Lithuanaia has the same different levels....so does Greece, Turkey Israel ect ect ect.
I know exactly what I am talking about it is you that have no clue.
You are really stupid .. I made the point that the G League isn't going to make him a couple hundred thousand paying a 35k a year.
Please post a pay scale of these leagues that are so close in pay. I mean Uncle Tommy you say you know so provide the evidence
Now making six figures isn't ideal you have to make a couple hundred thousand. Nigga please

Likely, the youngest is getting good workouts. But his competition level is always going to be in question.
He needs to be playing against the best possible talent at his age and up. Otherwise scouts will have nothing to go off of.
Oh now you don't need to post a pay scale just take your coonass word huh? This is what happens when you inject your ass into a conversation that had nothing to do with you....
He said a couple hundred thousand to fall back on after his failed NBA bid..
I asked where was he going to make a couple hundred thousand.
I don't need a pay scale because I have many former players who went overseas and to the D league including my son and nephew.
The play is close just like the NBA teams are under the same organization. The teams over seas are under the same organizations..
Asia ,Europe,Africa all have league structures.
I also know that many US players will get dual citizen ship because that ups their money too.
It also allows them to play more because teams are limited with the amount of Americans on the rosters.
I am very familiar with the setup as well as the pay scales.

My dude Pargo has a multiple year deal with Macabi TelAviv that was 3 years over 2 million but Macabi is a Euroleague team and Pargo had a short stint in the NBA..
