Pusha T Response to Drake: The Story of Adidon

Actually I exposed how the rap beef killing them narrative was false.

We’re speaking from two perspectives so I’ll end it.
you assumed kill - op said hurt

beef is inevitable
so are people that feel its wrong

Then I apologize, my assumption was wrong.

I don't want anyone to get hurt like they did during that altercation that happened 20 years ago due to that rap beef.

whelp....it ain't over.

Pusha-T replaced Brockhampton at this year’s Governors Ball Festival and delivered a memorable performance – in part because he performed his most recent and highly-hyped album DAYTONA, but also because of the crowd’s reaction to “Infrared.”

“Infrared,” as most know by now, is the track that is said to have pushed Drake to release his “Duppy Freestyle” diss track amid allegations on Pusha’s song that Drake still uses ghostwriters.

King Push followed that up with his own diss track, the hard-hitting “The Story of Adidon.”

Fast forward a week and Pusha’s performance of “Infrared” had the Governors Ball crowd chanting “f*** Drake.” Pusha had to put his hands up twice to calm down his fans.

Watch part of his performance below before giving DAYTONA one more stream, because we know you want to.

:roflmao3::lol:That Drake don’t know how to handle this! Even got crowds going against him.. I expect a song fuck you to the fans with some Stacy Lattisaw sample coming up

Been listening to Daytona a lot this week.... shit is fiiiirreeee. Did a few listens of Infrared, Duppy Freestyle and Story of Adidon back to back as well. Push planned this shit perfectly. He's def got a strong lead right now.... he wasn't lying about this being a surgical summer

You still Drake is going to drop Something?

Nah, I dont think so. He of all people know how it goes for the person that waits too long to reply.
Also, Adidas squashed this shit after public opinion of your boy started to go down the toilet. They cant afford for this shit to be a surgical summer. Aubrey is probably going to flood his album with Pusha subliminals, but probably wont have to balls to say his name.

so why can't pusha bring up the nigga that produces and crafts most of drake track's by your own logic lol
like i said maybe rap just isn't for you.
it's ok.
go back and listen to more life and sip on a harvey wallbanger
Nigga you might be ok at the insult game, but your comprehension game is trash. It's not the same. Push and 40 have no ties. Ye and Drake actually work together. Ye even claimed they were doing an album together. The nigga wrote for Kanye..it's not just that Kanye is Pusha's producer. If for some reason you don't want to give Drake a point on the scoreboard for pointing out the hypocrisy of Push saying that having a writer is wack, while your boss is doing the same thing, then just admit it. Don't act like it's the same..or maybe you're not acting. This shit is just like the girl in the video with Charlamange showing him that Duppy was not 70% about Kanye while they are reading the lyrics..and he reads it for himself and still won't admit it. Niggas starting to look like hating ass females.

Drake wants to be considered a great rapper if not one of the best. Can’t have that with people making reference tracks for you. Especially when he didn’t live any of the tough talk he raps about. And at the end of the day Kanye is a producer. That’s his main claim to fame. It’s different.

Cam'ron literally said " Rkelly your daughter and have my way with her face" to Nas and we talking about the 40 line.. The line was cold but probably would not even make top 10 most disrespectful lines in hip hop..

In fact the line is a fact. It’s not even a threat or exaggerated like most other disrespectful lines.

This generation of rap fans aren’t accustomed to the usual beef I guess. Probably they’re expecting sonically nice beef as opposed to go for your jugular, grimey, win at all costs nuclear button beef?

Ironic thing is Exodus 23:1 predicted Drake’s label mates ain’t gonna ride for him when things get tough. Not a fuckin peep from birdman and weezy.

Not to sound like a hater, But i don't know how you want to be the best rapper, When you don't even write your own shit, You have to hire help. I just could never respect that.

Hip Hop is a artform. Just like a painter, You can't claim your the best painter when you did not even do it yourself. You hired somebody and slap your name on it!.

But again im a old head so i have to accept the fact we are in a new generation where people don't care as long as they see dollar signs.

This is the shit niggas don't wanna accept. We all know Kanye, Diddy, Dre, etc have ghostwriters. We don't care because they're not trying to be considered last name ever, first name greatest.
