I hate to say this but Millennial need man up on this one. I personally hope she says nothing because it is a no win issue. Case in point last season we had a boycott then they had a Boycott. The final result was lower ratings than usual. Who caused it? Was it the loss of white audience or Black audience. In the end this is labor matter between the owners and the players. For Trump this is just more dog whistle politics and the Kind of nonsense that keeps us off real issues like the Russia Investigation, the gutting of Dodd-Frank and other vital issues. Police Brutality will not be solved by on field protest. The Novelty has worn off and the true meaning of the protest have obfuscated by Trump and his usual brand of bullshit. We can't afford to give this fool Bullshit talking points heading into midterms.
I think what the players should do if they want to make a statement is None of them take field before the anthem on Week one. People can make of that what they will. Another thing they could do is come out holding a banner during the Anthem with Pictures of all the Victims of Police Brutality that have hit the headlines over the last 3 years. What can they say to that? When you dealing with Assholes you don't want to telegraph your punches.

I kind of agree with her about impeaching Trump being a gift. If you don't have enough to take Trump and Pence out of there you have a failure because Pence is worse.

They had Trump select Pence as VP because he is crazy as he is. He is pro everything the rest of the world is not and anti everything the world would deem progressive.

Pro-Life - Pence is pro-life to the point where it's just crazy. Not only would he ban abortion Nationwide, he what throw women who have abortions and doctors who perform them in jail to boot

Anti-legalizing weed - Not only would he overturn the legalization processes already in place, the penalty for marijuana possession would increase drastically

Anti-gay - Pence is probably gay than a motherfucker, which makes it even worse because he hates who he is like Sammy Sosa hates being Latino. I don't know what steps you would take against gay people, but best believe it is bad. Even though I believe the gayification of America is going too far, he might go as far as killing them

Pro-police - that blue lives matter law would be Nationwide. They already have carte blanche, they can do what they want, say what they want to whom, shoot who they want, beat who they want - if blue lives matter passes across the United States police would have carte blanche a la mode

That’s the thing, though: Bernie Sanders has nothing to do with this shit. Black folks were rightfully distrustful of Dems before his emergence as a public figure and will be so long after he’s gone.

Of the many (many, many, many) strategic missteps that Dems have taken over the last few years, the one that continues to confuse and disappoint me is the insistence on blaming Bernie Sanders and his supporters for their own failure to properly mobilize and build momentum.

But I guess it’s easier to do that than it is to look in the mirror and do the necessary work to make the party more appealing to the people with whom it most needs to connect.

Bury heads in the sand, continue to champion the status quo, ignore the numbers, blame Bernie Sanders and hope everyone hates Trump enough so that all of this will just go away.

I certainly wouldn't say don't vote but I would say the primaries are the most important vote because that's where the Democratic party can be forced to change. Nancy is so hated that we got local city level races with Republican s tying Dems to her. She ought to have the grace to move away from leadership and just be a member but she hasn't

Ask yourself a question, with everything affecting our community, why is the biggest we’re fighting the right for NFL players to kneel during the anthem? Like seriously. Think for once.

The racist police chiefs that hire racist cops aren’t going to change a single rule because some NFL player knelt during the anthem. Every player in the NFL could kneel for eveey anthem in every sport and the racist cops would just laugh abd continue with business as usual.

Why then is this the issue we’re willing to die on the hill for?
