They need to let that shit die. I didn't care that much for the series growing up. Also, the remake cartoon network (or was it Adult Swim) did of it a few years ago wasn't that good. They need to make another season, or two, of Sym-Bionic Titan.

So they turned Thundercats into Teen Titans GO!.. :smh:
Basically. And it'll probably hit the key demographics they want, so that's all they'll care about.

I've come to grips with the fact that the original, while enjoyable, was not gold standard. But it did storytelling in an era where a lot of cartoons didn't, and I respected the hell out of not being treated like a complete idiot as a kid.

I didn't make it all the way through the reboot, but I can see why it didn't pan out. It took the material completely seriously and tried to respect the property. Unfortunately, you don't sell toys that way, so.....

At the end of the day, I can't complain because I am a grown ass man who sometimes watches animated stuff just because. I'm not in anyone's key demographic. If I'm hard up for solid animated fare, I just head back to anime (which rarely disappoints in that department).

But still, this sits a little badly with me for some reason.

I did enjoy the reboot, but I can see how some didn't as it was more serious than the original.

unforunately this will be a hit
it will be popular with teen titan fans and I can see older heads who watched the OG (and smoke) giving this a shor

i was annoyed when i first saw this and the vid. then someone hit me with the "its not for you" and i agree. they are making this to sell merchandise to kids.
i'm at peace with myself and have put this outta sight, outta mind.

Listen. Watching the video made me sad. To see the room filled with white fagggots who know nothing makes me sick.
There is no diversity. Just punk white people eating 100 sushi for lunch type vibe. I bet the budget is insane too.
I would to hurt everyone involved with this.

The purpose of this "show".
- Appeal to braindead children.
- Copy the success of "Titans Go".
- Low production costs.
- Sell Happy Meals.
- Sell toys of Amazon.

But what do you expect?
This is the fucking producer Victor Courtright.

Douchebag.:hmm:
