Im not understanding why Fury would call Captain Marvel and not Adam?
I dont remember her/or the shazam version in the Infinity Gauntlet comic(but i did read that shit 30 yrs ago) and besides Adam used to own thanos
Adam is so important he shouldve had his own movie in the MCU

In the MCU Adam Warlock doesn't exist yet and Fury doesn't know anything about him.
Adam has only been hinted at in Guardians 2.

the trailer was all about misdirection. not much in the trailer actually took place in the movie

well according to the comics.....when Captain Marvel became involved against the plans of Thanos, he was contacted by Eon, a guardian entity of the universe who commissioned Captain Marvel as the next "Protector of the Universe." He also granted him a special “cosmic awareness.” With a newfound title and purpose, he became the primary force against defeating Thanos. In fact, it was his new cosmic awareness that allowed Captain Marvel and the Avengers to defeat Thano, since it gave him insight into Thanos’ use of the Cosmic Cube. Thanos became convinced that he had drained the Cube of its power and discarded it, allowing Captain Marvel to grab the Cube and restore reality to a time before Thanos had gained control over the universe.
Not sure if Marvel will bring the Cosmic Cube into the next film, but it seems likely as it being one of the only ways to restore order in the universe.

I did not even notice that. On another note, some of the cast members were spotted around town on the eve of the premiere at local restaurants and hang out spots. On the next night they went to the premiere at Atlantic Station.
in the marvel cinematic universe he has no knowledge of adam and adam hasn't emerged from his chyrsalis yet.

How was it that Thanos & his goons were able to pinpoint the exact location of the infinity stones
Like dudes had a GPS tracking system or something
But yet was not able to know where the soul stone was at ??? At all ???

The whereabouts of the other stones were, to some extent, known. Thanos has intel from across the universe. He would have known the Tesseract was on Asgard, and its a likely deduction that Loki and/or Thor would have it now. He always knew where the mind stone was because he gave it to Loki to use in Avengers 1. The ancient one having the time stone would have been known, so they came to the sanctum. He was also around for the events of GotG 1 so he knew the power stone was on Xandar with the Nova corps. The events of Thor 2 would have made his radar too. Not too hard to get intel that Thor took the reality stone to the Collector.And can someone help me out.....

think about what was required of him to get the Soul Stone and who was guarding it
He wouldn't be in it since he's a dc comics character.
Yeah, I believe he sent Gamora out to look for the Soul Stone and she said she couldn't find it, but we know she lied to him about that. Which he discovered while torturing Nebula.
