Miz has been most successful while having stooges and outside interference. Maryse most likely won't be returning since they have a child. So have Cass as a backup bodyguard role would help Miz and also benefit Cass so he won't have to do so much on the Mic. Cass solo heel turn really wasn't going well or maybe it was him jobbing out the Big Show & Enzo.
Well Matt & Bray are going to win the tag titles and then lead back into a feud. Then there's KO & Sami which hopefully leads into a KO face turn. KO could be the next Stone Cold. Gable and Jordan may end back together at some point. Ryder & Hawkins were the Major brothers/Edge Heads so it's possible they may be put back together. They're figure something out to round out the division. Don't forget the Revival are on Raw. They're a heel team but maybe they can get over with their in ring work like in NXT.
