let it playout - my guess is his criminal, entertainment and maybe divorce/ family lawyers are all telling him to shut up
depending on the facts of what happened maybe he'll have a pr rep give a statement next week
I wouldn't be surprised if at some point Emily drops the charges
or if the story gets much worse as more info comes out...
There is a lot more to what was alleged happened on and before Wednesday and to the few seconds of that video on TMZ

IMO that whole video screams setup / ambush -
we've only seen less than a minute of the video... from it I can tell you the person who shot it was upstairs comfortable steady and using the zoom multiple times...
The story is that Fab rushed to his home enraged, and he didn't know that Emily was so scared that she called her fam there to take the guns, Fab arrived went upstairs to get his guns, then flipped...
if all of that were accurate - why is his security with him?
Why is the truck parked where it is?
Where was Emily that her father and brother supposedly had to go get the guns?
If Emily wasn't at home why isn't she wearing a jacket?
(imo there is no way Fab went inside the house never mind upstairs...)
none of that takes away from the possibility that Fab put hands on the Emily earlier
the video and pressed charges were on the same day and a snippet of the video get sold to TMZ within 48 hours or 12 hours after the story broke on Friday - there might other things going on too

What we can tell from the video is that Fab but hands on a man's daughter which is the reason he was called a coward. Anything else doesn't really matter.
We don't know where he was coming from, we don't know about the hiding of guns. We don't know exactly what happened, what we do know is apparently she lost two teeth.

I remember some years ago when she was on that reality, I guess they couldn’t use his name because she’d always just say “my kids father who’s a famous rapper”. Her whole storyline was always how he was supposed to come to this even or that event and couldn’t make it and then she’d be looking sad talking about it’s time to move on. I didn’t find out Fab was the rapper she was talking about until the next year and she was off the show
