The First Couple’s marriage continues to disintegrate in front of the eyes of the world. Donald and Melania have never been the most effusively affectionate pairing, but things have rapidly unraveled since he was sworn in as president.
Their relationship tanked even further in recent months as a spat of women came forward to accuse Trump of carrying on extramarital affairs with them. Most prominently, pornstar Stephanie Clifford (stage name Stormy Daniels) claimed she carried on an affair with him for several months, during which she alleged he asked her to spank him with a copy of Forbesmagazine bearing his image.
By all reports, Melania was less than thrilled when the humiliating story broke and has been increasingly cold towards Trump over it.
Melania has slapped Trump’s hand away several times, rejecting his attempts to hold her hand even though they were on camera. Today, she embarrassed him again.
As the two of them were deplaning Trump reached out for his wife’s hand, and instead of taking it Melania pressed her hand aggressively against her leg so that Trump couldn’t find purchase. The entire thing was caught on camera, surely much to the president’s chagrin.
