Lauren Cohan's been a fixture on The Walking Dead since making her debut as Maggie during the show's second season.

But it appears the actress's time on the AMC zombie show may be coming to an end.

The English/American talent, 36, just landed a leading role on the ABC pilot Whiskey Cavalier and has yet to lock down a contract for TWD season nine, strongly suggesting the star might not return to the post-apocalyptic series.

damn my dawg was telling me she might be leaving the show the other day. Shit them ABC checks waaay better than them AMC checks.

 this episode and Chris Hardwick opening Talking Dead in his "somber"voice

Called it that they doing a big time jump after this whole war w/ Negan thing is over..Judith will be SORAS'ed(Soap Opera Rapid Aging Syndrome) as well

I think the comic Jumps a year after the negan war. So they skipping "whisper" story arch?

Was dope how they got free, That hole did play a factor.

And Carl deserved a whole episode, only gave 8 years of his youth to the damn show.

1,2 Morgan's coming for you
3,4 better run some more
5,6 got a wooden stick
7,8 your head will break
9,10 he'll put his hands inside your skin

Morgan
Morgan
Morgan
Morgan

Morgan
Morgan
Morgan
Morgan
Morgan
Morgan
Morgan
MORGAN
MORGAN
MORGAN
MORGAN
MORGAN
MORGAN
MORGAN
MORGAN

That is all.

even though he technically went apeshit cause he thought a ll cac was dead but hey.

i'm thinking they are creating their own arch. that helicopter a few episodes ago was a sign tying in the other walking dead series into theirs

Last nights episode was pure garbage, how do you write a episode for a major characters death that horrible. Tyreses death episode was a masterpiece, it’s my favorite episode and I still go back and watch it sometimes. Carl’s episode brought no emotion, he must’ve pissed somebody off and they was like “fuck him we’re going to write him off the show”.

Man I wish they would’ve skipped this whole Negan arc, I’ve hated almost every episode since his character has been introduced. I was hoping they were going to kill Carl AND HIM on the same night

It was GLORIOUS

every time anyone was like
"Morgan you don't have to do this"
he was like

That kill was one of the best I've seen in a zombie movie/show. Dug right in the hole and disemboweled him. I didn't hate this episode as much as others did, and that's probably because Morgan was off that soft shit and doing what needs to be done.

Also, I understand the drawn out shit with Carl. We seen him go from kid to grown man. He deserved the drawn out shit IMHO.

it was a good episode. there was nothing wrong with the episode imo. it don't take 1 minute to die. they showed emotional things with him. he been on the show since day 1. and they also executed a damn take over and rescue mission with 2 of the hardest hitters on the show. Morgan is killing again.

there shouldn't be any complaints after last night

It is frustrating...

the acting the shots the effects the fight scenes the emotion the flash forward?

but they COULD have done that in 60 mins.

I honestly dozed off twice.

But it was the most gut wrenching death ever.

But for some reason it DID drag could completely understand that.

but at the same time?

It wasn't bad.

I think the problem is watching this show in real-time. If you watch it without commercials, it's different. No fucking way I could watch this show with commercials. Hell no.

That's cause yall watch it on live tv.
I download it like 20 minutes after it's aired and watch it straight thru with no commercials

fair point...

but that is still an indictment on the show and director, cause I don't usually have this issue.

For those of you still confused as to the show having any Depth and who the real bad guy/ asshole is of the show.

In that last Scene Simon is A representation of Rick, Further more making Negan seemingly the good guy.
