Stop. You can’t talk about being objective when you refuse to do so yourself. I even said earlier in the thread she made some valid points.
However, that video I posted clearly showed she has a massive chip on her shoulder when someone who has years on her in the industry, tried to school her on why she got blackballed.
Anyone trying to make it seem like Monique is fighting for altruistic purposes is lying to themselves. Most people agree that what she was offered was an insult, but most people can see she’s not on the same level as Rock and Chappelle, nor does she have the popularity of Amy Schumer.
She’s trying to make it a race/gender issue when it really comes down to her not having the talent or popularity. I bet you can’t name me any “classic” Monique bit from her stand up. Just one. I’ll wait.
