Rick Gates was Paul Manafort's right hand man. I suspect Manafort would have told him everything--including what Trump confided to Manafort privately. The Gates plea deal is more than Gates flipping on Manafort. Gates has things to tell Mueller about Trump. And he's telling them.

This ultimately might be the ACE up his sleeve. Essentially, How could the government/Meuller try and impeach the President during a time of war? That's the time we all need to be united against a big bad scary monster etc.

Last I checked, they had redrawn the maps.

They were ordered to redraw the maps by a district panel, then the Republicans appealed to the Supreme Court which stayed the decision.. so it's gonna be put off until next year.
