I think this was foreseeable.
and it is going to be hard to convince or FORCE someone to do this
Cause the man who does decide to mentor a woman
will intially be heralded
till someone says he harassed her...
and truth or lie?
especially with the lack of proof needed currently?
He will get railroaded and then be the warning sign for other men

almost ALL of these men have admitted their guilt so we CANNOT act like this doesn't exist to a MASSIVE degree

we also need to understand there are bad people in the world
and some of them just happen to be female.

women can be petty too.
Women can manipulate, cheat and abuse.

Everyone has their best interest at heart. Men (in general) want to make money and get laid. He can do other things for goodwill, donate to a soccer team, give out turkeys on thanksgiving, give $ to the homeless. But think about how many Americans do charity work. What percentage? What are the chances your boss wants to help you for no reason? I don't expect some rich white guy to mentor me. Would be nice, but the problem is the expecting. Help me climb the ladder but don't desire me, and if you do you better not say so. Most humans are in it for their benefit. I help you, you help me. You cant publicly lambaste men for making an inappropriate comment then ask to spend a couple hours alone with you mentoring. What if he wants to fuck? Either you handle it like an adult and tell him to stop, then quit mentoring with him. Yeah and I haven't had any issues in my work history regarding any sexual incidents. I run my businesses on a first class professional level and I train all my employees to be that way. They all have respect for me and they respect my businesses.

How many of you choose to mentor someone simply for the purpose of grooming a company asset or seeing someone personally excel?
