Based on their payscale and reasoning. There simply are no metrics that say Monique should be paid 4% of what Amy Schumer was paid and 2% of Rock/Chappelle.
The issue isnt about her demanding more than them or the same amount. The issue is that there is NO metric that says she should only command a 2-4% payday as them. Even by your own selling out shows metric her pay wouldnt be less than 10%. Now once you acknowledge that basic common sense baseline its fir to ask if bias is at play for that huge difference.
