Ron Rivera, hell no, only head coached 7 years. Pete Carroll and McCarthy had one SB win, but not better overall careers. Worse case scenario, he is still a top 6 coaching resume, why fire him when only one team wins the SB? Can't fire every coach that does not win in the playoffs. Alex Smith is a average qb, I am surprised they made the playoffs.

Also, Andy doesnt call plays so Hunts touches arent really on him. Further, LeBeau's defense limited that early.. He was getting little more than 3YPC. But point taken.
Now back to the playcalling, Andy designs the gameplan... the first 15-20 plays are pre designed and scripted... Thats all Andy. After that the play caller has the game flow and proceeds accordingly. Andys plays were what got them a huge lead.. It went to shit when he was forced to actually depend on his handicapped QB to maintain a lead and close the deal. When you have 60 yards in a half its hard not to point the finger at execution. Cant plan Andy for Alex taking sacks and not converting on 3rd and shorts..
