I kinda get where you’re coming from but he won MVP last season with Roberson starting at the 2.
He has Melo and PG. those stats say a lot of things and one of them is he takes too many bad shots.
Last year he got away with being inefficient because he was able to take as many shots as he desired. With Melo and PG13, it requires him to play efficient because his shots are limited and he can't be a volume scorer this year. With Roberson out on the court teams are basically not guarding the Perimeter and clogging up the paint.
I still give Lebronze the side-eye for always trying to orchestrate some easy ass path to the Final wins when he hop teams...
...but both of Lebron's moves combined weren't as off-putting to me as KD's move to the team that beat him after being up 3-1.
I'm just picturing Kobe going to the Celtics after they got smoked in the '08 Finals. I would've went from a fan to cranrab Jr. for that bullshit.

You can't actually win with someone who is as inefficient and ball dominant as Westbrook was last year. Look at KD's efficiency and overall play since Curry has been out. I love Westbrook as a player but you can't have him be the focal point of your offense. Also, when is the last time someone left OKC and didn't play much better?

I dont think you can really expect the coach to do much about it at this point. He won the MVP with that style of play. The real problem isn't just him been inefficient/ball dominant but also the lack of offensive movement. Westbrook will literally just stand outside the 3 point line when he doesn't have the ball. Compare that to Curry, Durant, Harden, Kyrie etc. when they dont have the ball...
Moventment and spacing is key in basketball. You named two guys that under different coaches that used to just stand around on offense without the ball because they were iso players.
