Man I like Auburn and BAMA but can't stand BAMA fans. I can't stand their fans so much that I don't want BAMA to get in

Losses matter, point blank period. As a dominant team you're supposed to beat the weak teams on your schedule. Ohio State simply had the worst lose in the worse possible way. They got blown out late in the season to an unranked team by 31 points.
That's a black eye that doesn't hold up against Alabama who only had 1 loss against what will be the number 7 ranked team in a heated rivalry game on the road. Ironically enough they can't talk bad about a non conference champion getting in when last year the committee let them in even though they didn't win their conference... so a bit of irony there.

On a neutral field, who would be favored over bama? Nobody. I think that's what the committee sees. Not to mention bama lost their whole LB corps and half their DBs.

It's all about ratings, the only reason Penn State didn't get in last year was because that Sandusky scandal was still hanging over their head and they knew it would affect ratings. This year they figured the Clemson -Alabama rematch was better ratings than Clemson -Ohio State. You can't say Bama is 'unequivocally" better than OS and then say how they haven't even played anybody

I agree to a point. It seemed to me that it doesn't matter what OSU did yesterday, the committee already had their minds made up.
When they put bama at #5 I knew they were going to get in. They knew Ohio State was more than likely gonna beat Wisconsin, so with those 2 losses Ohio State had they were gonna use that against them. Talking about the committee was up til 2:30am and then got back up at 9am to try and figure out who was gonna get in, yeah right
Conference champion and better wins than bama.....sure the loss to Iowa was bad but it shouldn't disqualify..
