Previous announcements for indictments were done on Friday last time, when it was said they would indict on the following Monday (Manafort)

For starters, in a plea agreement like this the prosecutor does not, i repeat, NOT exclude other, more damning evidence.
Why?
Because the agreement hinges on the defendant admitting to certain key facts.
If those facts are not in the agreement then the defendant is not admitting.
Which means the prosecutor has no leverage over the defendant.
Man these folks on Fox News are up here talking about nothing about Flyns guilty plea is a threat to the president.

The fuck they do that all the time in plea agreements where the defendant is going to later testify.
This plea is only limited that facts surrounding that specific situation. Each specific event is a new charge. Like if you have multiple drug sales over a lengthy part of time but the prosecution works out a deal where you only plead on one. Since there are multiple events... it’s always possible for the prosecutor to bring up separate charges since jeopardy hasn’t attached.
Why put all the facts in your plea agreement if the defendant is only pleading to a certain event. The prosecutor straight up has leverage over Flynn... they could have easily charged him for the foreign agent thing

Yep it's turning out to be nothing but an investigation on who lied to the FBI and those who were already dirty, running scams way before Trump hired them.... On top of that If Muller case was actually on collusion arising out of Russia’s election meddling, then Flynn would not be pleading guilty to a process crime, he’d be pleading guilty to an espionage conspiracy.
