Derrick Rose leaves Cavs; 'evaluating' future in basketball

I'm shocked :hmm:

He went AWOL on the Snickers :smh:

I wonder what Lebron and DWade think about this

Wasn't he just asking for some outrageous amount of money?

Rose got some demons...I don't know what they are but it's heavy.

He is light-skinned, therefore very sensitive, emotional, and possibly homosexual.

According to Psychology Today, women who father a child with a light-skinned or a white male, or have had sex with a light-skinned or white male within 10 years of conception, are 80 times more likely to have a child that is homosexual.

Man, I'd left to go take a quick shower. Came back downstairs; and my wife said:

"The Bulls won"
"That's what's up" (ME)
"But Derrick Rose got hurt"

And then I got online to see what had happened, because he was just fine when I left....and then I saw what happened and my fucking hurt sank.

Then dumb fuck CJ Watson passing the ball to FUCKING ASIK in game 6.....man I'm about to get a drink; whole shitstorm is still painful to think about.

as a bull fan i can say blame it on thibbs.. i remember looking at the game that changed his life forever..we was up in the 4th quarter with less than like 2 mins with no reason to have rose still playing.. i remember screaming at the tv like yo sit this nig down already.. a few plays later this nig tear his shit..that was his career rite there

Man I remember sitting on the floor in front of the couch just going through the motions because the game was locked up. Wasn't even really paying attention. I even think I may have gone to the bathroom, but I remember them playing the replay over and over in shock... Like... Shits over... The entire foundation that the hope was built upon was on the floor. And for what??? Cause Thibs doesn't know how to modulate the throttle, always pedal to the floor.:smh:

Man, this has been a rough 24 hours for that youngster.

The only thing young on duke is his yeast infection jeans. Duke is 40 plus. He plays like he's 19 . How was it rough?

Did he go to Plum Market in Old town Chicago and they didn't have his Whispering Angel Rose wine by the case or Wholefoods didn't have his vegan bacon?

He has been doing well as a highly functioning autistic. :dunno:

Hope he gets healthy and works on his social skills.

Its like breh has trouble speaking sometimes . Im like o_Oo_Oo_O :dunno:
I hope he keeps himself busy with a bench spot or front office gig if he hangs it up.

Damn

The way Bulls "fans" (the CACs) turned on him pissed me off but doesn't shock me because Chicago loves a negro as long as he's entertaining them and when he (or she) hits a rough patch outside of their control and can't make them yell/clap like they used to; they blame them for their unasked for and planned changes. But that dude has been going hard for the city since he could first dribble a ball; to just be cast aside like he didn't give his ALL? BULLSHIT.

What's worse, he got initially hurt in a game where the score was such a blowout that he SHOULDNT HAVE BEEN IN ANYWAY! But I digress.

Exactly! and I couldn't have said it better !

Fuck this guy. It was like the second fucking game and he gets hurt. Can't make this shit up. Knowing how fucking fragile he is, Rose still tries to play on a rolled ankle. Makes the problem worse. Now he wants to reevaluate his future. :smh: Just retire.
The problem with just outright retiring is that he leaves 80 million on the table from his Adidas contract.

Im sayin imagine if they were healthy, aw comeon wade cant be that bad tho...

he still brings some energy and hustle to the team....doesnt he???

Man. He's just a shell of his former self. It's just sad watching him trying to play. Some players just fall off a cliff.

Better, Sigmund Freud would be proud!

Yeah, I was legit distraught when that shit happened. I remember waking up the next day, a Sunday morning, I was looping the instrumental of Jay Electronica "Dear Moleskin" and Big KRIT "Boobie Miles" like 50 hunnid times while reading all the articles about the shit, just in disbelief.

I think he might be done. I think the injuries, the fall from the top of the mountain, the complete abandonment by his hometown; honestly think it's finally hit rock bottom mentality that he can't do what he loves and what he's great at (when 100% healthy).

Hopefully someone helps him recognize he's wealthy beyond his wildest dreams growing up in Englewood, has a family, will always be a league MVP, and help him figure out and pursue the next phase of his life.
I don't think having money will ever make him completely happy. His fall from grace will forever hunt him. He wanted to be a legend with the Bulls and that didn't happen but he know he had the skills but fell short of it. Those injuries stopped that process.

it ended the bulls run period..him goin down.. we was 1 consistant sg away from being chip contenders..by the way fuck rip hamilton..thats the son of a bitch that taught d rose how to wear suits and collect money.. motherfucker was on the team for 2 yrs and was on the bench more than the coach..he perfected the suit and taught rose everything he knows..once again fuck rip

You know what his heart ain’t in it anymore and he’s probably suffering from excruciating pain

Got some real haters in this thread. :smh::hmm:
Fuck y'all.
Being mentally broken down is some hard shit for a man to handle.

Watch this highlight reel to remind yourselves that at one point he was #2 or 3 n the NBA just behind Kobe. Some would argue that he was better...

Not even going to clown because this actually hurts. Dude could have been an all time great if it wasnt for those damn injuries. We as fans missed out on a lot of great basketball from him. Hopefully he has a smooth transition from basketball...
Yeah bruh, if you go and watch the highlight reel of D. Rose before the injuries, it's insane! He was incredible to watch. I hadn't watched that many Bulls games since Jordan had retired.
