Watch how long the delay is from the time Spike says "I Like Dick" before Johnson says "Pause". After Spike said "I Like Dick" he proceeded to try and collect his thoughts which left a long silence and Johnson said pause for them to edit that out. And when you watch the aired video that portion was not in the tape.
