Raw as a whole was fucking weird. Not bad, just weird.
  • Brand loyalty hasn't been a thing for over 10 years.
  • Is Team Angle And Team Shane (not team Byran :rolleyes:) going to feature Angle and Shane wrestling?
  • WTF are they doing with Finn? Using him to build up Kane. Kane is a vet, he doesn't need to be built up. And why throw Finn under the bus to do it :smh:
  • No seriously, is brand loyalty supposed to be a thing. One of the biggest stories on Smackdown right now is Sami and Owens pretty much being like fuck Shane, Bryan, and Smackdown.
 
Solomonster mentioned that the writers should craft a reason for AJ being on raw that would make sense storyline wise.

Also when it comes to brand loyalty I doubt the WWE really gives a fuck, the only reason the brand's are split is because the USA network told WWE to do something with Smackdown.

Omega has said in interviews that it's on his bucket list to work for WWE. Wrestle AJ before their in ring ability deteriorate and work a Wrestlemania. An invasion with the Bucks would be a huge angle. They would have to pay the Bucks Hall and Nash money to get them over and allow them to probably sell their on merch.
 
Emma was a lot better than her character was depicted. Summer Rae not so much. Darren Young lasted longer than expected.
 
Emma could have been great. She did decent work when sje was sent back to NXT.

Dont care for the Young Bucks. Wat hed a match of theirs and it was nothibg but spots and super kicks. Don't see the big deal about them, just found them boring.

What's the story?
Emma was released from WWE today and it came on the heels of her doing a great job against Asuka on two separate occasions. She wasn't squashed by The Empress Of Tomorrow but instead gave the former NXT Women's Champion a run for her money. Lio Rush is a newcomer to NXT and was an ROH standout before then. But his comment about Emma's release couldn't have been a good thing in winning any friends.

In case you didn't know...
Lio Rush is a very young man at 22-years-old but he's done a lot in pro wrestling. He bounced around several indie federations before finding his way to NXT. Needless to say, he's still very new to the WWE Universe but this guy has a lot of promise, but he's still very young and sometimes that shows.

Needless to say, there were a ton of responses to this tweet. To say this is a social media faux pas makes other online mishaps look tame in comparison because this appeared to be on a nuclear level. In less than two hours he had nearly 600 replies and some top names in sports entertainment decided to weigh in as well and you can see some of the bigger ones below.

Rush obviously felt compelled to tweet out a statement on the matter where he had to do a lot of back peddling for an ill-timed joke.
