and ime 10 out of 10x after I speak with the manager away from everyone else - my bill will be comped
but if I'm a guest in a party (=I'm not paying) then I'll switch up the order after speaking with the manager

Ok....been there too many times to count and never had any problems. Polite and professional staff always took care of me and my family.
When my friends come in from out of town this is one of the places that I take them and we always have a great time.
Of course every time I've been there I always made a reservation.

I had to cut it off in the middle. What fucking idiots argue with the staff of a place they want to eat at? They could do anything to your food and you waving your arms around and screaming

Ive known folks that worked in the food business for decades, from fast food to restaurants in five star hotels....
from mick deez to the surrey hotel in nyc....
and they all have seen their associates and even managers tamper with customers food mostly for a reason, many times they just made up shit to fuck with peoples food..

Also personally, I don't send food back and complain rarely also unless truly necessary.
My homeboy a kitchen manager at Longhorn. He said the cooks don't get down like that at his restaurant. The man has no reason to lie to me. I know foul shit goes down here and there, but there are times when its reasonable to send food back.

I told you I would just eat the side dishs, on the bill I would write why Im not leaving a tip. and not eat there again for a long time.
but to be honest that is if Im by myself... if I am with a date and she doesnt like her food, I would be extra nice to the server, compliment them and the cook first...
then state the problem Im having...
but thats only because its my dates food and not mine...lol

another thing I've learned - I stopped taking groups to random restaurants.
I won't take a group of people (friends or clients) to eat at any restaurant that I don't have any relationships at.
Either I'm friends or I've been cool with the owners / managers etc.
or at the very least I'm a friendly regular there with a history of tipping very well and I know and am known by the staff

When you get done, the way that they (management) chose to resolve this conflict was racist. They are not just going to throw cacs out like that over a small dispute like this.
Look Short bus, the discrimination was in the way management decided to resolve the conflict... for example , cop pulls up and you and the white boy take off running, you'll probably get shot in the back while the white boy gets scooped up and taken to burger king... you and the white boy have a disagreement with the hostess at Houston's, the manager tells you to leave but finds out how he can accommodate the cracka.

While dining or waiting to get a table I've witnessed many cacs get shown the door in NYC /NJ / Conn / LI restaurants that accept reservations, if they showed up with a group on a busy afternoon or evening.
So I can't assume that a white group would have been seated at the time that vid was recorded.
