The danger is that she is not going to NEED a runoff. People forget that she almost won without a runoff in 2009, and she only lost that one to Kasim by 715 votes.

It's 9. And she's currently 2nd in the polls. Norwood is at 28%, Bottoms is 15% Mitchell is 10% and everyone else is 7% 14% is undecided. If you don't think it's not going to be an issue if there's a runoff you don't know this town.
Then you should be campaigning for who you prefer rather than talking about who you don't want.

This is absolutely not a big deal at all. She has never failed to pay and the water dept assesses a late fee which she will ultimately pay.
I live in the same area but my bill has never exceeded $65/month with 3 people in the house. I wonder what they are doing in her house to get a $400/month bill. That's a car note.
