But you are right, it was his highest grossing film to date, he shot in a week and made that much money, of course it was going to be a sequel.

It has too.....Perry is taking the approach of throwing a bunch of shit out there and flooding the market. He has about 4 or 5 shows on the air...still be doing those chitlin circuit tours.....he doesn't have the time to spend 4 months on a quality film.....he gonna shoot that shit in a week and throw it out there 5 months later. Fast food entertainment.
