all Mena is doing is removing / breaking up cellulite using sonic energy and by violently massaging the skin
a butt lift would be bloody use needles and require donor fat from somewhere on her - and I can't see where it would come from
I know, my point was she originally had the transfer proceedure done then made this video pretending like her ass is real. Yeah technically but she had fat transfer surgery in her ass.

and speaking from personal experience - them early but shots were not as squeezable as her ass was in that vid
