nobody thought katrina was weather manipulation..they juss believe the levee's were blown up..there's people that heard explosions..there's also true info how new orleans were purposely flooded decades prior to katrina when farmers wanted to destroy certain bad crops..they had a blueprint on how to control water flow and direct it to certain parts..it's documented history..people believe the levee's were blown up and the water was purposely directed once again to hit certain parts(mainly the poor black parts)..to get rid of the residents to rebuild to bring in more wealthy residents.. it didn't help that katrina victims went 5 days without any help and pretty much left to starve and die
