Before I was saying it would be out of character for Jamie to kill Cersi.

But this last episode started to actually put a divide between them which hasn't been seen in 7 seasons.

She threatens Jamie's honor by trying to get him to go against his word, which is big for him.
Last night was the 2nd time she threatened to kill him and even gave the Mountain the nod to do so.

Ned basically pled guilty to conspiring against Joffrey so no need for a trial. I don't think you can call what they did to Littlefinger a trial. That was basically a lynching and I completely understand.
