I do believe he's the GOAT from a technical standpoint meaning, ring generalship, technician, tactical, preparation, mentally and skillwise.

Many true boxing loyalist will say he did not win the Castillo fight which is probably true. His k.o. percentage is suspect, but his defense was probably better than any fighter put against him.
