I don't think I've ever seen her argue that Hillary was going to make the racist go away. What's abundantly clear is that this is a bold white nationalist administration and their minions feel uniquely empowered because their mission is being unofficially sanctioned by the White House. There are people running major portions of his political philosophy that are on the record white nationalists who advocate shipping you (even U.S. citizens) out of the country. Don't conflate the issue here.
It can be argued that Hillary or the status quo is already racist by default, or only using black folks for her own end. I don't necessarily believe it, but there are lots of politicians that only court the black vote when they need it, so I wouldn't push back on that or even make a big deal out of it. Hillary in office wouldn't have eroded rights or set us back though. With more black people being politically active if she didn't follow though with her promises the first year, we would have had 3 years to prepare someone to primary her, and withholding support would have really harmed her.
What I don't get is how and why people didn't perceive DT as the threat that he is, most importantly because of the people around him with their own agenda. Tho I also believe she was a better candidate than Bernie, more well rounded, I could care less about Hillary, I would have been riding hard for any democrat over Trump. I just don't get screwing the entire country because they don't like her. We can weather 4 years with a bad democrat, I don't know what is going to be left standing after one year of Trump.
All these raw no pull out guys don't seem to be alarmed that we have a group of people running things that want to end abortion, and don't believe birth control is effective. Who want to punish people who have out of wedlock sex by forcing them to give birth to children they don't want, including rape victims. Who want to strip people of healthcare, privatize social security, ratchet up sentencing and private prison use. Who would sit back and clap if this law and order President sent armed troops into our neighborhoods. We have people who sit back and laugh at the things that Trump is doing like we aren't going to be breathing the same polluted air, drinking the same polluted water, paying the same inflated prices when we don't have immigrants to work fields, that Trump supporters will. (The memes are funny) Things they have done now are bad enough, if they ever manage to get on the same page about something we are screwed. It's like they don't realize or don't care that there are real consequences behind having this clown in office. I just don't get it. It wouldn't be so bad but men are supposed to be the logical gender.
