Don't know what backwoods area she live in....but a phone call to the city property maintenance department usually takes care of situations like that with the quickness...with citations and fines !!!!
....I Have aproperty owned by Deutsche bank on one side of me....and an African savage on the other....posted pics in the lawnmower thread !!!The city too.....I called property maintenance when they had a commercial truck parked in the driveway of the bank owned property....24 ft box truck....a couple of tickets...then when I made the third complaint...TOWED.....ripped down some of their cable wires doing it too!!!!
I might look into a little of that as a back up...get a little crab grass now n then even using the scotts......African Jabooki ass neighbor next door is a lazy savage......this is how he rolls till you rat him out to the city...he cuts his shit 2-3 times max and only when he gets ratted out...I knew he was gonna be a problem when he bought the house and was talking bout how he don't have time to cut grass/too cheap to pay someone/won't let the tenants do it for free and was talking bout paving it over....

There is an old man down the street whose driveway is full of washers, dryers and refrigerators that he either fixes and/or scraps. Oh and his front yard is full of cars too. Glad he's more than a block away and around a corner from me. I'd hate to see that shit every time I look out the window.

My grandfather was a real life Fred Sanford, junk cars, scrap metal and everything but he lived in the country with no neighbors. My grandmother was always saying as soon as he died she was getting rid of all that shit and soon as he passed thats exactly what she did

Not always the hood man. I went to look at a house in Pearland that I really wanted. Pulled up to the property and next door the neighbors full driveway was full of junk cars. White dude with no teeth sitting on the porch just chilling. Shit all in the fucking yard. I instantly lost all interest in the house. It was in a good area heck all of Pearland is a hot housing market. I told my buddy all that house next door needed was a confederate flat. I was more surprised it didn't have one.
